What is THE RIDE?

THE RIDE is a totally original New York experience filled with amazing performances, fascinating facts and non-stop excitement inside and out. Riders board a technologically unparalleled bus that provides a panoramic view of the city like never before while moving through the heart of Manhattan. Where is THE RIDE?

THE RIDE loads and unloads at 42nd Street and 8th Avenue, in front of Chevy’s. Our Box Office is also located on 42nd Street, next door to Madame Tussauds.

What is the Group Minimum?

The minimum number of patrons required for a group discount is 10.

Is there a Student discount on group tickets?

Yes! THE RIDE now proudly offers a student group rate for groups of students, with a minimum of 10 students to qualify. Sorry, chaperones are not students and thus must pay full price.

Could I ride with another group?

If you wouldn’t mind RIDEing with another group, let us know – it’ll help us accomodate you! (Plus it may be even more fun.) Email groupsales@experiencetheride.com or call us at (212) 244-2551 ext 168.

Do you do private and custom RIDEs?

The Ride is pleased to offer custom tour routes and packages to suit the needs of your group.  For such inquiries, please call (212) 244-2551 ext 168 for more information.

How do I order tickets?

You can order group tickets online, or you can call (212) 244-2551 ext 168 to speak directly with a representative. You can also email groupsales@experiencetheride.com

Payment Policies:

  1. Once your order is received, you will receive a confirmation within 72 hours.
  2. Payment is due no later than 2 weeks prior (4 weeks for buy-outs) to the scheduled performance. If your payment is not received by the due date, your order will be cancelled.
  3. Once payment has been processed, you will receive a confirmation that your order has been paid.
  4. THE RIDE accepts payment via Credit Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover) or by Check.
  5. Please make checks out to “THE RIDE NY” and mail to: THE RIDE NY, Attn: Group Sales 545 8th Avenue, Room 14S, New York, NY 10018.
